As some may recall, last year I got busy planning a big trip to the US in Spring 2009. Then, with the recession and some financial losses, we decided to cancel. Well, nothing like a war to get you in the mood for travel, so I insisted, and IsraeliDad agreed, and we’ll be traveling after all, albeit a shorter version of the original plan.
Instead of 3 months in the US, it’s going to be just 3 weeks, and we’ll be covering San Diego, Southern Arizona, Vegas and LA only. Not that it’s not enough. Frankly, I think these 3 weeks will be more than enough for our kids, and probably for us as well. Traveling with two young boys (aged 5 and 7) is going to be a challenge, but hopefully they’ll behave and Sea World-Legoland-Disney will keep them busy 
So, while IsraeliDad is gradually shifting gears back to civilian life, I’m busy doing the planning and getting everything ready. I’ll try and keep our travel pages here updated – any ideas and thoughts about our destination are welcome! Please check the pages list on the pages menu here (to your right) and add comments there. Shame you will only get to visit the west coast this time! But I am glad you will be able to make the trip. We are going to be heading to Australia and New Zealand for five weeks next fall. WE can’t wait! I have been to Northern California, Northern Arizona, and Vegas. I hope you guys will have a wonderful time!
